Cupcake is love

Today is a no class day. So my siblings and I tried to bake a cupcake.

My cuppycake. :)

We're so proud of ourselves (beginners) because the cupcake that we baked was delicious.

Ajuy trip

For our field trip, we went to Camp Regulus and Gawad Kalinga at Ajuy, Iloilo.

The objectives which really guided and helped me throughout the whole trip.
  • To compare the characteristics of a modified ecosystem with a natural one.
  • To experience oneness with nature through nature walk and appreciation of Creation.
TREES! :D

Goofing around with Jica and Lan.

In this trip, I learned many things about nature and about myself. I learned that pain (we climbed up a mountain) also gives joy.

This trip that would remain memorable for me. :)

BLACK SWAN

Since the first time I saw the trailer of the movie Black Swan directed by Darren Aronofsky and starring Natalie Portman, I was really excited to watch it.

Movie synopsis: Black Swan follows the story of Nina (Portman), a ballerina in a New York City ballet company whose life, like all those in her profession, is completely consumed with dance. She lives with her retired ballerina mother Erica (Hershey) who zealously supports her daughter's professional ambition. When artistic director Thomas Leroy (Cassel) decides to replace prima ballerina Beth MacIntyre (Ryder) for the opening production of their new season, Swan Lake, Nina is his first choice. But Nina has competition: a new dancer, Lily (Kunis), who impresses Leroy as well. Swan Lake requires a dancer who can play both the White Swan with innocence and grace, and the Black Swan, who represents guile and sensuality. Nina fits the White Swan role perfectly but Lily is the personification of the Black Swan. As the two young dancers expand their rivalry into a twisted friendship, Nina begins to get more in touch with her dark side with a recklessness that threatens to destroy her.

Although their are some scenes in the film that is not for young audience like me, I still appreciated it. It's very disturbing. It's worth watching. :)

Belated Happy Valentine's Day!

SPREAD THE L-O-V-E!!! :D
